It may not be representative of riders in your area in the US and is only a small survey in terms of responders. That in itself is interesting for a place where MTB is really popular. Far more than 2000 MTBers live here on the Gold Coast, let alone in the whole state.

There are some interesting things like % female responders, the odd controversy of a need for signposting except when riding your chosen trail (work that out) and nearly 10% of responders desiring more "White Circle" trail. I guess this is MTBers wanting to get their family into the sport - 10% looking for the easiest dirt highway was a surprise to me. I doubt the 10% are slopestyle and DJ riders looking for the nearest thing to uplift to back to the drop zone. See what you think
