Try eating them AFTER the ride - I can almost guarantee it'll work out better for you.

I should've know better. I've done it before and ALWAYS tell myself not to do that again dummy! Sure doesn't sit well. But DAMN they are good!!!
I'd think it'd make you peddle faster for obvious reasons.
