Man, Pete's wife has a nice rack!

I guess she lets him play with it whenever he wants.

The new rig's not too bad, either.

She must do lots of sit-ups....

...to keep from having chassis problems

    That is one big rack!

WOW! Nice rack indeed! Hate to think about driving in trafffic with all that hanging out there though. Even with two bikes out back, I've had a number of close calls with yahoos who like to switch lanes and tuck in right behind me, only to find that there's a couple feet worth of stuff behind my bumper.
I gotta roll, can't stand still, got a flame in my heart, can't get my fill.

So I guess you could say...

His wife's rack has been artificially enhanced?

And I have to content myself with my girlfriends factory rack....

    Stay out of Utah...

I got pulled over by the Utah Highway Patrol because the officer couldn't see the rear license plate due to the bikes on the hitch rack.

I have wondered about that coming up. I live in CA, and as anal as the CHP is here, I figure they could get me on that if they wanted to. My rack blocks the entire plate.

If I were a CHP'er, I'd just as soon pull you over and discuss the merits of them shiny blue tires.

    Edit: And them Schraeder tubes.

Mail ordered Panaracer Fire's--Price Point sent the blue sidewalls. They were all blue and shiny as the pic was taken just before their first ride. I actually liked them, but they have since been replaced by Ritchey Z Max 2.35's.

Schrader tubes allow me to run Tire Slime. Yes I know you can buy Presta tubes with Slime in them, but every pump I have is Schrader, the attachment for my air compressor is Schrader, etc, etc. Yes I know they make adapters but why bother. I don't see how Presta could be any better. Six of one, half a dozen of the other IMO. Say what you will--Slime has never failed me and I ain't goin' tubeless

Now I'm wondering if the nice rig comment was sarcastic
