Maiden Dirt Voyage - Stache 5

I bought the bike almost a week ago, and finally was able to hit the trails this past Fri, Sat and Sun.

Highlights were Owl's Roost on Sat and Crab(tree) yesterday (pic above).

This bike can scorch a trail leaving roots, rocks, logs and berms in the dust. I found it very flickable, but it can also walk up steep inclines, and creep down technical rocky sections.

I can't remember having this much fun on a bike in a long, long time - feeling stoked!

Is there anything better than the first time a brand new steed hits the dirt?

    Nice whip dude. Congrats.

My LBS has a Stache 9 on their sale homepage. Sounds like the selling point is being able to put different size wheels on it. Cool bike!
