    A long overdue video.

Had a great ride at Skyline a few weeks back and for one reason or another haven't been able to get this video made. That ended last night.

It's long, and big, like 10:33 long and 127 mb.

If I get enough whining about the filoe size I'll make a low-res version.

In the opening shot, the grass obscures what the riders are doing - what's making them jig around like that? Is it just tight, twisty trail? Logs? Gopher holes?

Tight switchbacks, as seen in helmetcam footage a bit later in the vid.

Ah. I had to get back to work and couldn't watch the whole vid - gonna have to wait 'til I get home.

    Thanks.

    Nice

Pete, I love your videos...thank God I have broadband though, it still took 7 minutes to download on cable.

I moved from Vacaville 2 years ago to Northern VA, I really miss the great riding there. It rains all the time here, and the trails are nasty sloppy.

Have you been to Annadel? I bet a video of the long downhills there would be good, just watch out for the horses.

Smokin hot video Pete!.....Easily one of my favorites...Could you tell us the list of riders by their jerseys. Recognized JFR and Forearm?...Plus, how about the tunes? Nice Tom Jones finish...Many thanks...Stoked to ride...and "humbled" at the same time.

Pete, great video, as usual (and saying as usual doesn't do it justice, sorry). Does the dude in blue have a MTBR handle? It is?

Is there a name for the manuever of flicking the rear wheel for a "new alignment"?

    Way Cool, thanks.

Wow, that naked chick by the tree at the 05:34 mark is hot!

Good work, good tunes too. Is your Moby CD lost or something?

You do know use of Tom Jones tunes incurs royalty payments of $1000 to any Welsh people who view the work in question, right?

That wheel flick thingamabobijig is cool, seen it used in videos of Afan Argoed too, for the switchbacks on Hidden Valley (RIP).

    Excellent!

Great riding, filming and editing. Really shows how nice California looks at this time of year. Either people have broadband or they don't. I'm surprised at how generous your ISP is though.

Tom Jones-It's not unusual (I've been meaning to use it since I saw Mars Attacks!)

Johnny and Paul, Eric in Blue jeresy, Gui in white/red/blue jersey.

Actually, my ISP is Pacbell but that has no relation to the server that I host my sites on (unmanaged dedicated server sitting ina rack farm in Texas).

I have 700GB of monthly transfer so one big vid shouldn't kill me.

Too much time with our wooly friends there Jive.

That wasn't a chick, just a run-of-the-mill corpulent hiker guy.

Eric appears to be very concerned with front tire wear.

Nice. Very well done vid. Thanks.
Skyline looked to be in great shape. Now I need to go back to go up that ugly climb to see if I can clear that switch back decent.

That guy is damn good at wheelies. I would be scared to death doing them clipped in, not to mention on singletrack.

    Great vid once again!

Good choice with the Chili Peppers!! Nice switchback trick there too. Eric loves wheelies eh? Can't wait until the next video! Keep 'em coming!
