Happy Earth Day - One of my favorite slices of the blue sphere

    Happy Earth Day!

I celebrated by getting out and enjoying one of my favorite little slices of this big blue sphere this morning. An early morning wake up call from my daughter, a few cups of coffee, a quick stop by Redstone to grab IgnazJr, and we were there. Ready for the big climb of the day, up to the best view of the ride.

Take the long cut, we'll get there eventually.

    Gates of Hell ride

It's not all pretty views: there's some mighty fine trail in there too. My first trip into the forest this season was most excellent. The vegetation is getting green, the flowers are starting to pop, and the riding was exactly what I needed.

I even got Ignazjr to get a rare picture of me!

Hope everyone had a great Earth Day. We're lucky to live here!

Debaser, great shots, Happy Earth Day to you also. I got out to a favorite slice of the planet here in Barcelona this morning also... Was a great little jaunt, great time for thinking and just being.....

You should Jdub. It's one of my favorite rides ever, and it's only 20min from home. Guess I'm a little biased, though!

Great pics, Debaser. Fun day, too!

Aaah, the middle country is slowly becoming snow free! High country is next...

    Nice stuff, thanks!
