    Google Web Accelerator?

Anyone try it out yet? If a few people try it, it might make this site way faster.

google sucks anyway. It's a lousy search engine. But it is the current media darling so it gets lots of attention.

profusion.com consistently outperforms google, or if you want real searching download a free metasearch utility called copernic.

Your ISP can see every single bit of information that comes over your connection if they want too. If you are worried about privacy don't be a hypocrite and just worry about google. Even the owner of this forum could get get all sorts of information including your password if they were so inclined.

Wrong about the ISP! Secure data is encrypted, that's what the little padlock means on the status bar.

Save your name calling for the political forum.

All data isn't encrypted, and you still have to trust the person at the other end when it is.
