    Adventures on the Roamin' Roam

Rode the Ephrata (WA) Gran Fondo last Sunday.

My video camera decided to record a different story.

That is one of the most entertaining cycling vids Iíve seen in a while. Great story line, and the soundtrack is sheer perfection...egregiously offensive under any other circumstance...but perfect here. Mahalo.

When the camera tumbled to the ground, it was interesting to see how fast the riders were going by; that was not as apparent when the camera was still attached to the rider.

Where the camera fell was fairly flat. We were doing around 20mph.
On the steeper sections earlier it was 25-30.

Also about 30 miles into a 79 mile event (single loop).
