Taking advantage of the frozen trails

John and I headed out this afternoon and crunched along on hard frozen trails...

Very nice Brandon. I'll post a ride we did today a little later. Frozen waterfalls and all.

There was actually some snow above 1000 ft. Not much, but perhaps an inch in spots. It was chilly, but a fun ride over crunchy terrain.

The trouble with common sense is it is no longer common

Just 1 coyote. But he had large fangs and looked hungry I remembered the old saying, I don't have to be fast enough to outrun the coyote, just fast enough to outrun Brandon!

Diff trail, but I was grinding up Triple Bypass on Hospital Hill yesterday in about 1 or 2 inches of snow. Only one other bike track since the snow last Tuesday, AND ONE SET OF COUGAR TRACKS. If they hadn't been several days old, I would have re-routed!
