Wow... that should be FUN to watch! Thanks for posting that.

That reminds me... someone posted some snow jumpers on one of the boards a while back. Here's a clip of a not so graceful example of jumping.

    Snow Jam Jump Comp results

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls.....the Snow Jam was an awesome display of aerials over the snow. The skies were clear, the jump was sick, the emceeee (Hernando Martinez Julio Rodriguez, see him on FSN Latin America) was witty and the riders were throwin down. Big props to Dave T. and Meadows for hosting, the boys from GFRA for setting up the venue, Dangerboy and Dakine and others for the swag, and most of all to the riders who showed up and put a good foot forward towards building on a great event.

Riders launched off the wooden booter and over the snow displaying supermans, no handers, no footers, three pointers, nothing, cans, x-up with no footers and the highlight was a back flip by Cris Jordan. As FJ mentioned some of our own were going big and represented very nicely! Jon, Ryan, Drew and Eric demonstrated their skills and took home some dandy shwag and greenbacks.

    Results:
    Pro class winners
    1: Chris Jordan (crizzle)
    2: Rex Carillo (Rexican)
    3: Ceder Kyes

    Open Class
    1: Matt McNutt
    2: Randazzle
    3:Jon Young (Tron)
4: 4 tied including Drew Mitchell(Give er Hell)

    Big Air Champ
    Eric Moon (east coast eric)

And biggest winner of all is the cause! One more event to demonstrate the mad skills of local riders, and expose more future riders to our sport!

Some Photos will up up on the photo gallery shortly
