Request for help with an Oregon FAQ

Please post links here to threads that help answer the usual "where to ride on my trip," "when is the best time of year," "what is the climate like," and "where is the best part to move to" type questions.

Include the thread title if you can.

I will edit into a categorized FAQ sticky.

I only ride bikes to fill the time when I'm not skiing.
