Christian Ettinger is said brewers name. He's a great guy. Chat him up at the bar, he loves biking; bikes every day. (Mountain biking? not too sure of that...but road, for certain)

The beer is damn good, and the food ain't so bad either.

From day one, when they opened the doors, that place has been busy.
I only ride bikes to fill the time when I'm not skiing.

If I spend the rest of my life visiting PacNW microbrewerys; I blame ALL of you for making me do it.

    Finch Platte!

In a city of amazing beer, they are one of the best IMO. Long time no speak. You coming back into town for the holidays? Hope you are well.
