    Yes it is... I've been out to this track a few times and everytime, there's always a couple kids on their little huffy's having a blast.

    I helped throw dirt on it back in September, but never got to ride it. Maybe in another 6 months when it dries out...

    I watched that video on the blog this morning. That video was so awesome. Definitely makes a great argument to continue building these in city parks
