    North Umpqua Trail

I expect to to ride the North Umpqua Trail on August 3rd, going west from Dread and Terror for several segments. The website often has really old information. Are there any issues, e.g. closed segments I need to be aware of? Thanks.

The Panther Creek Bridge is being demolished and rebuilt so the western end of Calf is closed through September. Also I think the Soda Springs TH is still closed, but not the trail in that area.

Easy enough to walk across Panther Creek this time of the year. Your ride should be good. Lemolo, D&T and HOt Springs and Deer Leap would make for a super solid day, hit what many consider the best riding on the NUT, miss most of the poison oak found lower down, and offer 4 sections that are each distinctly different.

Did as an out n back from Toketee to Lemolo lake, it was a solid day of riding, trail was in fine shape. a couple logs you have to hop over and some of the trail sections are overgrown a bit.

round trip was about 6.5 hours that includes stopping for lunch at the lake and shooting photos.
