    Mt. Bike Oregon Demo Question

I was unable to find anything searching, so I've a question for y'all.
I couldn't spring the cash or time to participate in the Mt. Bike Oregon festival.
It turns out now that I may be free Friday. Is it possible to go demo some bikes or do I have to be a paid participant to ride?
I'd love to try out a Pivot, Ibis, and Yeti. Heck maybe even more than that.
Anyway if anyone knows please let me know.

    Thanks

I'm a guide, not any official authority for these kind of decisions, But. There are typically no demo bikes available if you aren't in line early, or beg for one a day or two ahead and get on a wait list. I would hazard a guess, that you shouldn't count on finding anything to ride after the paying clients have their choice. I tried to ride a pivot 429 myself and got shut out at the July shindig.

300 clients, 50 guides, 40ish shiney demo bikes......

If it is at all possible, save up and schedule some time for next year. It is a BLAST.

I'm pretty sure the Demos are for paying clients first and then guides if anything is left.
