    The McKenzie River Trail Video

I had the pleasure of meeting some friends in Oregon for a long day of riding/filming this past August. Oregon peoples, do you know how lucky you are to have riding like this a short drive away?! Even coming from Colorado, the land of never-ending trail mileage, I was completely awestruck. The water, the volcanic rock. Roots, dirt, foliage. Sigh. I'll be back this summer!

And next time, I'm not even bringing a camera!

Great video! Excellent edit. This definitely showcases the first half of the McKenzie. You should send this to the people who run the site about the trail. They'd love to use this for promotion I'm sure.

I am confused. The first half? That is the middle. Starting at the top is only half the ride.

@poppa, we definitely started at the top and worked our way down to the middle. I think we got off just above the reservoir as the sun was setting! With only one day to shoot, we only had time for Part 1!

No explanation necessary for a great video! I enjoyed it thoroughly. A couple of the "alternate" lines in the lava looked sweet. You will have to come back and hit it all.
