Brock has a new outfit... it's darling! Love how the gloves match the hat.

Me and the "newbs" didn't make it up to the falls. A late (later than planned) start and having two folks totally new to mountain biking conspired against us. I didn't realize it was Keith's first ever mtb ride! He did pretty well, actually. He seemed to really enjoy himself! We may have a roady convert on our hands. Now if I can get him to keep his feet on his pedals... I had two flats (note to self: make note of which bike I'm riding before riding...) and the spring on my right Candy broke so the last mile to Lund Park and return to the cars was interesting with only one foot clipped in. Ratspike (good name btw): come on down. It's a bit of a drive (3 hours) but it's super fun and beautiful.

    Brock...

PS: Davey, wow you need a hobby. I mean another hobby besides stalking me. It's starting to creep me out, a little, well OK, not really, but still...people are watching.

PPS: Get it "straight": the helmet is pink. The gloves are white with red trim.

PPPS: Sorry to the sensitive folks around that can't handle a bit of double (or triple...) entendre.

PPPPS: That means "ambiguous" with two meanings and one of them most likely risque or sexually suggestive for all of the boooooogger eaters out there.

PPPPPS: Yes, that means you if you were just offended.

    Nice pics...

Looks like a good ride fellas. Best I've seen the falls flowing I think. I see someone has a sorta new bike there, good deal.

    Enjoy!

It's a half hour outside Cottage Grove which is 2.5 hours south of Portland. If you make it down this way give us (the Disciples of Dirt) a shout and I'm sure we could show you around.

    Brock...
