Thanks for this, I've been intrigued by this project for a few months. Congrats on the momentum this project has earned. As a relatively recent transplant to Portland I've been less than impressed with the number of in-town MTBing opportunities; this seems fairly interesting.

Having ridden many mountain bike parks (ranging from amazing to, uh, underwhelming) I'd love to see the actual bike park plan with features, etc. I saw a short snippet of a plan in the video (at around 2:08 in); I can't seem to find it on the website. Can you direct me to where that plan might be?

    Thanks.

Even if you can only donate $1 dollar, do it, every dollar matters!

I have about 75 of the old fliers left and need to ride around today handing them out, maybe even some door-2-door.

    Good job! Let's GO!

Keep the momentum up! And look to Valmont for what we can achieve.

Doin' the bump! Made my donation, looking forward to having more riding options once I get there- we start the cross country trek next week. It'll be sweet to have this park 4 miles from my house!

Thanks for donating guys, and remember to get your friends and family aware of the project, also encourage donations.

    See you on the trail!

Bigger thanks goes to Linda Robinson, project lead. This is her idea, and, it's the best idea I've ever been part of!

At risk of being redundant, per my question above can ANYONE point me in the direction where the bike park plan/layout might be?

The design has not been made official yet, all artist and planning concepts at this point are not the proposed park design. In order to finish the design and put it through municipal engineer approval, cost money, which is what the focus of the fund raiser event is right now, to raise enough money to pay for design and permit.

I was thinking of buying four large tooth rakes, 4 flat face shovels and 4 picks to aid in building. My bosses are going to adjust my schedule when it comes time for building!
