DOD New Years Day Hangover Ride

It's become a tradition, ride your bike on the first day of the year and it will keep you going until next year. Today we had 8 folks make it out for the 2008 NYD ride, and 2 make it out to do trailwork. A few of us road the last day of the 2007 and the first day of 2008. I am hoping I will be able to ride the last day of 2008 and first day of 2009 next year.

    On to some pictures...

Thanks for the ride folks. I wasn't feeling the love this morning, but I'm glad I went and it was a good day on the trail. Merry New Year!

Good times! Whypass is a great riding zone and getting even better all the time as we build more and more new trails.

Rang the New Year in there last night with shiggy & Pokey, then went back for more wit y'all today, the first day of 2008. Goodness prevailed as usual. Thanks for the riding & good company.

    Just like always.

Once the snow gets off it I can show you. Maybe this Sunday? It was super easy making it rideable and the tranny is so butter I think I'm going to make an extension on one side to have a bit higher option. It may require the relocation of a tree though so...hmmm, we'll see.

BTW, you don't have to buy me beer, but good chocolate chip cookies would be nice. Shoot me a PM if you like.
