I hiked Tumble about 10 years ago. It was a steep, switchbacky sob. I wouldn't consider it rideable. Look into trails around the Breitenbush area. It's been a while since I ventured up there but there were some decent rides around there.
Tumble Lake is way too steep to ride. (although I saw a couple riders heading up a couple years ago).
Detroit mtn biking is mostly old logging roads and gravel roads,
Try the Twin Meadows area - mostly flat - logging roads and low use gravel roads all around the area. Good huckleberries right now, too!
