As close to North Shore as you can get?
Hey all, Can anyone suggest some good All Mountain / Freeride in the Oregon/Washington area that is as close to riding the N.Shore of Vancouver BC? My buddy from the est coast is coming out for two weeks, and the Great White North won't let him cross the border for some reason, So I said I'd ask around about next(or 1st?) best thing.

Check with the washington forum. But I've been seeing a lot of cool Bellingham area trails in vids lately.

Sandy ridge is a good time. Not technical but it's a purpose built mtb trail system. Berms, jumps, and a small amount of rocky terrain.

Sandy Ridge is my all favorite place to ride! So much flow! So much fun! In the summer I'm here at least once a week.

I guess I would like to know what the best Tech trails are? I know Syncline, The top bit of Black Rock, The top bit of Raven's Ridge I guess...

You aren't going to be able to ride them anytime soon...But the Wright Meadow, Craggy Peak, Cussed Hollow and Sections of the Boundary Trail are hands down the most technical high speed trails in the area, if not the PNW.
I only ride bikes to fill the time when I'm not skiing.

Cool, thanks for the heads up, I'm just trying to put together a wish list for the summer.
