    Tease

What a tease. You could at least mention where you rode.

It sounds like your fitness is returning. Are you working in AZ this week?

I was here (actually in the airport heading home now) for work on Thursday and Friday AM, I had about 6 hours before my flight so I figured I would get a ride in the sun.

Glad you had a good time. I live in Phoenix and have yet to ride the McDowells. That's where we do our annual 24 hour race.. I hear it's great XC. If you're into the techy stuff, you HAVE TO check out National Trail in South Mountain - right in the heart of Phoenix!

I used to live in Roseburg but wasn't into mountain biking then. KInda wish I had the opportunity to ride the North Umpqua trail... take care!
