Smile Anyone want to try skibiking

OPEN INVITATION I have a pair of Warp skibikes this year, one to ride and one to loan out. Any of you locals from OR or southwest WA want to try skibiking I would be glad to meet you either at Hoodoo www.hoodoo.com fpr a day of lift assisted resort riding or at Govt. Camp on Mt. Hood for a day of shuttle runs from Timberline Lodge back down to Summitt ski area at Govt. Camp. All you need for Hood is a shuttle rig.....

Be ready to get addicted ! You need to try this!

Nothing, they are both great This is just a different twist on enjoying the mountains, we all love, in the winter. That I think everyone who loves to mountain bike should try. And if you ride a bike and ski or board as well, how can you not want to combine the best of both into a whole new way to enjoy the mountains and get you to vistas like this.

Looks like a ton o' fun and thanks much for your generous invitation.

Personally I'm into mountain bikes, road bikes, touring bikes, off-road & street motorcycles. Speaking strictly for myself, I just don't want to fall in love with yet another [potentially expensive] sport. Skibiking indeed looks addictive.

That said, I always enjoy seeing your posts with inspirational pix.

How the heck do you stop yourself with no Avids or Hayes on those things?

Looks peculiar but I"m sure it must be an interesting ride.

If only I had a nickel for everytime I heard that

You stop and contol speed by putting it sideways and using the edges

And I can stop the ski-bike faster than I can my dh bike
