    Cool-blue Rhythm 10th Annual All Comer's Meet Jan. 19, 2014

Last year's All Comer's Meet drew 235 fun loving mountain bikers!
This year promises to be a biggie -- it's the 10th Annual ACM.
Hosted by the Disciples of Dirt, an IMBA Chapter.
Link to ACM-X info: Click here

When: Sunday, Jan. 19, 2014, arrive by 9:45am
Where: Whypass Trail Network near Lorane, OR
What: This is not a race! No posturing or puffing up allowed! ACM is about riding for fun plus the post-ride festivities: chili feed plus refreshments by Ninkasi Brewing. DOD will provide the chili & brew. Please feel free to bring something to share -- from chips to cookies... like a potluck. Thanks!
Raffle: Bring some cash to buy a few raffle tix -- you might win one of several great prizes including a Rock Shox fork, On-One frame or a wheelset by Rolf Prima
Who: You! Everyone is welcome, from beginner to hammer pilot. Trail routes aren't marked but DOD's friendly guides will be on hand to show y'all around in a ride group for any ability (including women's only). Whypass is a 20-ish mile mountain bike specific network that's way fun to ride!
Why: Because it's a blast to get together to ride and socialize and eat and drink by the bonfire and win cool raffle prizes. Come see old friends plus make new ones at ACM-X.
Two more things: 1) If you've got a Christmas tree, bring it and we'll throw it on the post-ride bonfire. 2) The Disciples of Dirt branding irons will be on hand! Bring something leather to label with DOD's cool logo. 3) If the weather forecast isn't looking great, please bring a popup. Can't have too many of these whenever a couple hundred fun loving mountain bikers get together.
    Okay that was three things.
Questions? Ask 'em on DOD's forum
    See you there!

How is the ride in terms of steep climbs... meaning is the ride single speed friendly?

I rode my sspd last year and it was fine. I cannot speak for everyone, but there are no climbs that are long or brutal. 32x18-20 would be fine(29'r).

Right on. Most local singlespeeders consider Whypass perfect SS terrain. See you at ACM-X.

Hell yes! Weather (NOAA) is calling for high 40's (near 50) and dry on Sunday. Get in folks! We'll get you some choice riding, good laughs (hopefully not all at my expense), great conversation (again, probably not all with me), some good grub, suds and fun! Whether you're a ripper, day tripper or somewhere in between you WILL have a good time.

Bunch of folks talking about heading down from Corvallis. I'll be there. Thinking a pone of cornbread might be a good match for the chili...

I'll be there. I have never missed an ACM and this year should be another fun day out on the trails. I hope to unleash my new On-One 45650B but I may be "stuck" on my 26" singlespeed.

This just in... All Comer's Meet needs firewood for the post-ride bonfire. If you can bring a few sticks, please do! The more the better. Thanks.
