    on one fork length/geometry question

ok, forum search is not helping...

I've just noticed that the quoted axle to crown length on a 26" On ONe carbon fork is 440mm. I want something similar height to my fox f100, which apparently is closer to 470mm.

Are the on one forks designed to be the same length as an 80mm fork?

would I be better off getting a 29" fork, or would that throw the bike out too much?

    Cheers

The 470 A-C of the Fox is without sag. With sag it is very close to the 440 of the rigid fork.

The 470 A-C rigid 29er fork would be like riding with the Fox a full extension all the time.

The trouble with common sense is it is no longer common
