Yes, tell us more! Those appear to be pretty fat tires on something that originally listed as 700x38

"Modified" in this case means probably less than it usually does...
I wanted a very clean bike and decided to wed the (blue) v-brake Pompino frame with the (black) disc-brake Pompetamine fork, removed all the spare parts like cable guides and canti bosses and repainted it.
The rims are Mavic EN321s, the 26" tires are the Larsen TT 2.0" on the front and the Crossmark 2.1" on the rear. Its cramped but it works very well!
The bb drops by less than a half inch and that isnt an issue at all.

All in all: 2 gears, 2 brakes but only 1 cable.

The result was well worth the wait! Didn't realise what a harsh ride my previous bike was, now instead of braking downhill on one of the trails I ride, I just release the levers and let her float over the rocks ... Its sublime

Great looking build! How much rear brake cable did you need on your 16" frame?

What size is that and how tall are you? I've been considering the same frame and running it ss with a Blackspire Stinger as a tensioner.

Brought my "summer" bike out today for its first ride of the year:

    <a href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/inthreedimensions/13628988055" title="IMAG0421 by inthreedimensions, on Flickr"><img src="https://farm3.staticflickr.com/2851/13628988055_5efc4d3c5f_z.jpg" width="361" alt="IMAG0421"></a>
    <a href="https://www.flickr.com/photos/inthreedimensions/13628976695" title="IMAG0419 by inthreedimensions, on Flickr"><img src="https://farm3.staticflickr.com/2826/13628976695_e9e898650c_c.jpg" width="800" alt="IMAG0419"></a>

Had to build it a new wheelset over the winter (which obviously still isn't over) because my old freehub had failed.
