Need help with bung hole plug in carbon Lurcher fork

Can seem to fit the bung hole plug in the top end of the carbon On-One monocoque fork. Plug seems too big. Anyone else run into this problem and have a solution? Use a Planet X plug. Will try to post a pic.

    Thanks.

    I use a Pro (Shimano sub-brand) plug.

Kept sliding out, so I used neopren glue to get more friction on the inside of the carbon shaft.

I eventually found a Profile Design one from a road bike shop that worked. It was a lot narrower than the ID of the steerer tube, but it expands out enough to do the job. I used some of that gritty carbon paste to help it lock itself in place.
