How do I get planet x on one to respond?

I have called and email no response, I want to order the SS lurcher 29er however i read post that shipping in USA is very slow. I want to check stock and ask a few ?? before I order online.

There website said they have three left when I looked yesterday. From order to door took about ten days.

called monday since i had heard nothing from them.
the lady i spoke to said maybe they would receive next week,then it would ship out to me but,she didnt know for sure,their purchasing agent wasnt in so it sounded like she was guessing. i asked for a differant color and they didnt have that in stock either.sucks for me as i have a week long vacation in flagstaff planned.

guess i`ll have to ride my CANNONDALE instead

25 days and still waiting

27 days and I have my frame but no dropouts. I called on Friday and they are supposed to get the dropouts Tuesday 8-28-12

Our apologies for running out of the horizontal swapouts. We had some sent directly from the machine shop and are doing our best to get the sent out to all of those customers that have been waiting.
She wasn't guessing - it was just a matter of not knowing how long it would take for them to clear through customs.

Was expecting it to arrive this morning but it is not out of customs yet.
On the order page it does say that it 'usually ships in 1 to 2 weeks'

It has been 2 weeks today since your order was placed . . . it is just a matter of customs releasing the shipment and it is on the way to you.

I've ordered a few frames from them and usually took 2 days to my hands. I guess frames that are not in stock takes longer time. I got one shipped directly from the UK and only takes a week. I know Mike will definitely reolve this.
