    456c forks

This is a pretty simple question. Would the Rockshox Domain RC be a good fork for the 456c? I'm talking about the U-Turn version with 115-160 travel. It has 35mm stanchions and I was thinking that might be to much stiffness for the frame.

That's the fork I have on my frame. Seems great enough. Like it better than the Manitou Nixon I had on it before (145mm) just because of the uturn and the coil. Also better than the Marzocchi Marathon S (105mm) I had, but only cause more travel even at lowest setting.

    Freakin' heavy though.

As for stiffness? The frame is pretty stiff itself. I don't know what dampner you'll run on yours, but mine has an easy lever for adjusting and works out well. Really amps up the "plow" factor and works well. The only thing that'd make it better is if it was a pound or two lighter. But then again, I only paid $150 for it (just rebuilt with new seals and all that jazz), so what do i care?
