Did I understand your Instagram comments correctly that the new c456 Evo will have the same geometry as the current c456 and not the 456 Evo?

Still don't understand the reasoning for only offering the 1 1/8" headtube on the new EVO II? On-One's response on FB: "But this is a frame for the thousands of people who have regular headsets and forks, and just want something simple at the right price." What about the other people who do own tapered forks? With a 44mm headtube, both parties can enjoy this awesome frame, with the old standard, not so much.

There are about three 44mm headsets in the whole world, and nobody has any tools for facing or reaming. Only a handful of lunatics really care.

Tapered steel head tubes weigh a metric tonne too.

We're supporting tapered on our carbon models. If 44mm gets its act together we might go with it, but for now, I'm more than happy to get people rolling on this.

Bear in mind, every day I answer at least three emails from people who think they can't run straight steerer forks in tapered steerer tube frames.

I'm just wanting a plain and simple wonderful frame. I think we've delivered that.

got a magic gear going with 36-22. Too tight with a brand new chain, but just right with a slightly worn one. ss suits this bikes personality.
