No good The Worst Music Video in the History of the World Ever.

Cross post from a motorbike forum. Not safe for work...

To me Kanye has always been an unmitigated douche, but this just takes it to new levels of self indulgent crap-ness.....in every respect.

Feel free to post anything you consider to be worse... I bet it isn't.

Posting on the basis that ignorance shared is ignorance doubled.

You're right, that was abysmal! So abysmal in fact that I'm going to need to bleach my eyes and ears just to try and erase the memory of it.

Although, almost every music video from the '80s would be just behind it.
I don't crash, I just have slightly uncontrolled dismounts!

Sometimes I feel like modern music is one big performance art show to demonstrate how stupid consumers are.
I may or may not be laughing at you.

So all those videos I posted weren't appreciated by any of the male species. You do know I didn't receive compensation for all my hard work. It was merely volunteer work I did for the overall well - being of the O.C. community.

Anything Kanye says or does is about the worst waste of time ever.

DJ, I appreciate your hard work, even if I do not care for those songs.

DJ, my wife went to high school with Jerry Dixon, the bass player from Warrant and the chic in the Cherry Pie video was a customer at a retail shop I used to run.

Chris Holmes from W.A.S.P. was also a customer. That dude was a big fugger!

Pretty cool! Southern California is a small world. A couple of my X girlfriends had connections with the rock world. Both of them grew up in the valley and hit the Hollywood party scene in the eighties.

My most recent long term gf dated Sebastian Bach from Skid Row briefly in the eighties. She also partied with Van Halen and Motley Crüe a few times. Her and her sister were invited back to a mansion party from Motley Crüe. My X declined but her sister went and ended up "doing" Vince Neil. That same X GF one time was staying at a hotel in Hollywood and met the late Micheal Hutchence of INXS She met him at the hotel pool. He came up and introduced himself and sat down in a lounge chair beside her. They ended up in the hot tub talking. She never did anything with him but she said he was an extremely personable down to earth person. And she was devastated when he passed away.

And then another X of mine grew up in the valley and worked at a cafe that several celebrity's frequented. Ron Jeremy used to come in and constantly asked her out. She thought he was the ugliest troll looking guy and always turned him down. Then one day one of her co workers told her who he was and what he did for a living. From that day on she refused to wait on him and had a co worker do it.

And I've had a few celebrity meeting myself.
Once my sister and her husband came out to visit me in San Diego in the early nineties. Her husband insisted on going to Hollywood and staying the weekend. So my GF and I plus them went up and did the tour for the weekend. My GF knew everywhere to go being a native of the area. So one day we walk into the original Hard Rock Cafe in Hollywood mid day. And we're sitting at the bar when all of a sudden my brother in law goes "holy **** that's Darrel sitting next to me" We were all "who"? He's Mr. Celeb star struck. And was all nervous and he turns and says that's Darrel from the Bob Newheart show. He goes you know the two brothers that are both named Darrel. Famous line from the show they both walk in the room and the same one always goes "hi I'm Darrel and this in my brother Darrel". Freaking hilarious!

So anyway we all look over and sure enough it's got to be him. Nobody wanted to say anything so I leaned across my brother Inlaw and go "excuse me" he turnes and goes "yes" I say "are you Darrel from The Bob Newheart show"? He goes "yes and I'm heading back to the set right now have a good day as he got up and walked away". Which explains his hick farm boy clothes he was wearing. Identical to what he where's on the show, a checkered flannel shirt and overalls.

And another celebrity I met was Heather Thomas from the eighties show the Fall Guy. That happened in San Diego in the early nineties. I walked in to a popular club called Paradise Bay. As I'm walking up to get I.D. Checked I notice a crowd of several with a couple big dudes and one beautiful blond girl. They went in ahead of me. As I walk up the two employees I overheard them talking and I asked them "what's going on"? And they both go that was Heather Thomas from the Fall Guy. Oh wow I thought so I walk in and immediatlely spot them sitting at a table. I hung out in the sidelines assessing the situation for awhile. Nobody in the place seemed to know she was there. And the dance floor was jamming. So after about 20 minutes I got the courage to go up and ask her if she wanted to dance. She excepted and we danced two fast songs. I managed a little small talk and didn't let on that I knew who she was, and after the second dance she went back and sat down. I went to the rest room and when I came back they were gone. As I scanned the crowd I caught a glimpse of them leaving the front door. I rushed through the crowd and walked outside just in time to see her get in a Limousine. I stood there going damn, I couldn't find it in me to run up to the limo and stop her, but the courage wasn't there as I watched them drive away, I was pissed at myself and still am. I could have been a contender.

Oh and another weird experience. I was at a club in Del Mar in the late eighties. The place was called The Old Del Mar Cafe it was right down the road from the Del Mar horse race track. So I'm in the packed club listening to a great rock band. The dance floor was jamming and the place was packed. I'm partying away for an hour or so having a great time. A great fun crowd all having a great time. All of a sudden the band ends a song and the lead singer announces that "we have special guest in the audience tonight who would like to step in and play a set with us". Everybody was dumbfounded not knowing who he was talking about. All of a sudden Eddie Van Halen walks up on stage and grabs a guitar and starts jamming. He played Running With The Devil and the crowd went nut's. The bouncers surrounded the stage trying to keep people at bay. After the song the bouncers rushed him back stage and out the back and he hightailed it out of there. It was amazing and something that few experience. Van Halen had a concert in L.A. That weekend so apparently he was down in San Diego just chilling.
