The UFO Thread... Have you seen or been with Aliens ?

So you Americans seem to have lots of UFO sightings over there and seem to have little green men walking all over the place especially in Arazona, abducting people, sneaking into peoples bedrooms and having sex with them, i have a few questions.

    1. Who has ever seen a UFO, tell us the story.?

    2. Whos been abducted by aliens?

    4. Whos had a sexual experience with an alien ?

    5. Whos been in a space ship ?

    6. Whos been to Roswell ?

    7. Who believes in Aliens ?

    8. Who thinks its a load of Garbage ?

    9. Have any of your family or friends had a UFO experience ?

    10. Has anybody actually spoken to an Alien ?

    11. DO ALIENS REALLY ANAL PROBE THEIR VICTIMS ? (serious question, no laughing like school children please) im looking for answers.......

    Over to you trendsetters........

Not a believer, never seen one, nor do I know anyone well who claims to have seen one. I have been to Roswell. It wasn't that great.

I didn't know that America was more prone to alien/UFO reports than other parts of the world. Actually, I've lived in Northern Chile and spent some time in Puerto Rico, and found that many, many people in those places had alien stories, everyone from the educated and professionals to the mine workers and fishermen. Kinda interesting -- both of those places have unique geographic characteristics - N. Chile is the driest place on earth and looks like the moon (maybe Martians would feel most comfortable there), and most of the stories had to do with being out in the desert at night; Puerto Rico is only 5 miles from the second deepest trench in the ocean (maybe they park their UFOs down there), and many of the stories I heard had to do with UFOs or aliens going into or out of the ocean.

Good story TY, i like the thought of aliens living in the ocean, they could be doing anything down there and we wouldnt know, but im surprised the japanese havnt harpooned any on their 'scientific' whale harpooning expeditions

I grew up about an hour from Roswell. That place is the biggest tourist trap I've ever seen. The only aliens in that area are looking for jobs.

I think Tone's meant aliens landing on Earth. I don't think anybody here denies the existence of extraterrestrial life for the reason you cited.

I just witnessed, just a minute ago a UFO. I took the 3 dogs out front [2 are my sisters that I'm watching] and as I walked out the front door they all ran to my right. I look over only to see a large figure on the ground with what appeared to be wings. As I got closer it flew away. It was a UFO for a minute until I confirmed what I really saw. It was a large Red Tail Hawk that had just killed a rabbit. As it took off it got about 10' up and dropped the rabbit. My dog's were all over it before I could get to them. So yes am I convinced that 99.9% of UFO sightings are that of just an unidentified object. That doesn't constitute other life forms from Galaxy's far far away. Am I closed to the idea absolutely not. But i don't think they come here and experiment on people like Tone,

Although upon first glance it may appear that Tone has had an experiment or two forced [welcomed] upon him.

Put me down for "once I see it with my own eyes, then I will believe".

Regarding the supposed crash landing and subsequent capture af an alien being near Roswell, NM.....I find it fascinating that something that has the technology and skill set required to cross the galaxy and get here, can't seem to fly around the vicinity without crashing.

If you'd ever been to the "crash site" you'd find it even harder to believe. There is nothing out there but rolling hills in the desert. Not even any trees to run into.

I don't think we have been visited by aliens from another planet. I'll wait for tangible proof before I believe that they have been here. Now that everybody has smart phones we should have tons of high quality photographic evidence on Instagram and youtube by now. Plus if aliens did land, I'm sure they would seek out the nearest earthling and tell them to "take me to your leader."

No telling what we would get. Either benign, friendly aliens who want to befriend and help us or flesh eating a-holes who want to destroy human civilization. Well, if I ever get devoured by menacing invaders, it might as well be by one of these.

    Earthlings:

The physicist Enrico Fermi addressed the contradiction between the high probability of extraterrestrial civilization and humanity's lack of contact with, or evidence for, such civilizations.

Fermi paradox - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

    Or briefly:
Human civilization is alone in the galaxy. Several theories along these lines have been proposed, explaining why intelligent life might be either very rare, or very short lived.
    -No other civilizations have arisen
-It is the nature of intelligent life to destroy itself
-It is the nature of intelligent life to destroy others
-Life is periodically destroyed by naturally occurring events
    -Human beings were created alone

It may be that technological extraterrestrial civilizations exist, but that human beings cannot communicate with them.
-Intelligent civilizations are too far apart in space or time
-It is too expensive to spread physically throughout the galaxy
-Human beings have not been searching long enough
    -Humans are not listening properly
-Civilizations broadcast detectable radio signals only for a brief period of time
-Civilizations tend to experience a technological singularity
    -They are too alien
    -They are non-technological

i believe there is "life" on other planets. i'm just not so sure how they'd get here. pesky space travel distance!

i think problem is, we all assume that other life will be humanoid and/or intelligent. i'm more convinced "life" would resemble bacteria or fungus or plant life.

either way, i'm a big fan of alien stories. i love the flatwoods monster story and the attack on that house in Kentucky (look it up, i forget where it was)

Everyone was in a real tizzy here a couple of years ago when 'weird lights' were seen passing slowly and erratically over the Southernmost ridge of the Tortolitas above Stone Canyon one evening in the midweek, where no roads passed. It got as far as the news, but us mountain bikers knew better... It was the Tuesday night ride over Cougar Canyon... Now if they had watched the downhill portion, they would no doubt all have run away screaming, or, if Tone's, bent over in butt-up supplication

Oh yeah, I've got a coworker who tells a fascinating story of the time he saw a couple of UFOs. They were a couple of super bright lights flying throught the trees at just above ground level; dodging back and forth and silently going "way too fast to be hikers" in an area with no roads (but with a trail). Had to be aliens (according to him). I just don't have the heart to tell him about night riding on mountain bikes...
I'm enjoying my childhood way too much to ever give it up.

Maybe just maybe that's part of the experiments that they have been doing to us. They started out by hitting all the warm climates first and then are slowly moving inland. Tone are you ok with this?

I'm too stupid to identify anything in the air. It know it's a plane or bird, but I can never figure out the exact size, weight, genus, or origin just by looking at it from the ground. So lots of things are UFO's to me.

I saw something once that was weird. I was in the middle of a long logging road climb in Oregon's Coast Range with a long gone dog trotting beside me. It was mid morning and I noticed the sun gleaming off a steel looking sphere sitting stationary in the cloudless, treetop bordered sky above me. It was about a 1000 feet up and just out of eyeshot to determine detail. It reminded me of a pinball. I stopped and ate a PB&J and a apple while watching the pinball sitting there motionless, even though there was a slight zephyr. It then, out of nowhere drifted off slowly over the Pacific and soon disappeared.
