We can all use some motivation, especially during the holiday season.

Great story, thanks DS! Motivation for smokers too in there, life feels so much better when your body is in shape and free from crap like cigs and Mcdonalds. (Says the guy who can't wait to get off work to glutton on leftovers).

Nice story - keep in mind rapid physique changes are very hard to maintain. It took me three years to me able to maintain my six-pack.

He's definitely a Silver Fox! The implications and benefits of keeping fit as you age is pretty obvious, but not common

I hope I'm still giving it my all at 65, 75, 85 etc

I wonder if that dude rides XC, AM, or DH? Maybe he's an old school 26er, maybe a 29er clown-wheel rider, or maybe a ground breaker/trend setter rolling on the 'tweeners?

I'd ,like to ask him which wheel size is best.
