    Ditto! And ditto!
I've made some bad decisions like taking the gears off my bike. So here's the warning: Do not as I say, nor as I do.

My answer is no. After all why bother? So he admitted to doping. It's great that he came clean, I give him respect for that. I'll bet you that everyone in that sport dopes.

As others have mentioned, Oprah is on time out in our house and why sit through 1.5 hours of talk to hear what we've already be told this week through the media snippets? The cliff notes version of the story is fine with me.

My Morning Newspaper closed Part 1 ( the remainder this Evening to contend w/) this way --

"From a legal perspective, his issues are becoming more difficult, not less."

Wasn't LA 'sue-happy' after the '00 Olympic Bronze? ...pride goeth before the fall.

Once I got home I watched the interview. It was around an hour or more. After investing a lot of time reading all his books, when I first started cycling, I owed it to myself to see the final chapter begin on the Lance Armstrong saga.

Since the interview was leaked we all knew the big things that were going to be said. I thought it was interesting that he thought training was more enjoyable than actually winning the tour and EPO was just another thing like airing up your tires and getting a bottle for your bike. Mind boggling
There is not much choice between rotten apples.

I watched about halfway... When the ques showed he was lying on some of the answers I stopped. I dont give him credit for coming "clean" (pun intended)... he told lies in bettween the truth. He does not deserve my recognition as being a good guy now. ... not that it matters.

Lance has a couple of give aways, they were shown when he was in
Prior interviews about doping where he denied it. He lied enough to see
All those ques. His biggest one is shaking his head " no " when he's lying . Another
Is stalling with the answer. Watch for it tonight.
I'm no documented expert, this is just my opinion.

I watched it, wanted to hear it from the horses (or jackass) mouth so to speak. I can't really fault him for doping during that time period, I don't think you could have been competitive, much less win the TdF without it. The lawsuits, the slander against others was uncalled for. Admitting what he did is a step in the right direction but I think he still needs to be punished.

I watched. I think the (non) commercial pauses in the streaming version were just as long as the interview part. It could have been condensed to about 40 minutes. Very irritating.

I've always been a supporter of bigger than life LA. He doped, everybody doped, I don't' really care but to see him answer questions with obvious lies is hard.

We don't have any limits on Oprah in our house because this is the first time it's ever been tuned in.

On a positive note it did get me off my ass to hook up the DVI output of the computer to the TV and receiver so I can stream shows from the computer on the big screen now.

Not quite, he said, it could not be won clean in the EPO/Oxygen Doping Era. Which is probably true.

It was 2.5 hours less short programming time outs. I watched it all in another tab on the good ole Innerwebz. I'm with him=never look back ... read..cannot take away those 7 moments he stood on the top step, however

yes the way he got there was somewhat bad and then to protect his cheating his further actions were very very bad. and now the question is what is he going to do to make amends and can he even change.

the bigger question how does sport seriously clean itself up. even a tennis pro admitted recently the tests are not given anywhere nearly enough.

perhaps the only way to assure all are clean is to place all athletes competing in an event on lockdown for several days prior...

what are the chances of that happening..

..nature is to win at all costs if winning is within reach

as he says not good, very bad

    he said that a lot.

the interview can be best summed up as I did it, I'm not snitching on anyone else, I am not sure I can change, I am bad. What I did was not good. I cant look back.

he actually said that TdF can not be won 7 times in a row without doping...

however, Chuck Norris said it was BS.

4 people have apparently pulled down my underwear.

I should be mad, but I'm actually quite pleased.
