    Snack time!

I love this time of the year. Crisp nights and fall colors. Most of all, homemade roasted pumpkin seeds.

I've eaten about two pounds of these to get me to tonight

My kids think this is what you are supposed to do with pumpkins

    Here is what I do

    Ready for roasting

    Delicious

A lot of effort with not much return...

I think we talked about this in the past but do you just chew the whole thing up? I never could do that. I have to crack 'em open and eat the seed only, hence my first sentence in this reply.

    Snack time!

That spring roll is where it is at. You can keep the sandwich.

As for the seeds, I chew them whole.

Are you kidding? I had pumpkins to carve, seeds to roast, pictures to take of fat bike tires fitting in frames, and screwing around with emoticons to do tonight.

    Snack time!

You've got it all wrong. Pumpkin seeds are way too much work, very limited reward.
Pumpkin beer on the other hand is tasty AND it gets you fawked up!!
This is a pumpkin porter from Hanger 24 called Gourdgeous. It's yummy and 8%.
