Seems like dashcams are becoming more common for the reasons shown in the first video, That and pedestrians throwing themselves at cars for money.

Yes. They're gangsters just by blood line and the women are foxy (well, not the old hags but you know what I mean).
People have told me that when you go to Russia, you see a bunch of hot blondes looking like they're dolled up to go to a night club, at, like 10am in the morning. They aren't going to a night club - that's just how they want to look walking around.
Russians use dash cams because it lowers their insurance rates and it helps reduce the incredible incidences of insurance fraud. However in a country as large as russia is it also is bound to capture the macabre results of youthful driving, poorly maintained and built cars and snowy and poorly maintain roads.
If you feel the need to include one of these please just use the direct link and not embed the picture. That way if someone feels they need to see someone die or whatever they will have to leave MTBR. Please also note that there is fatality in the video so those that are jumping to it won't be scared for life.
passenger walked away, driver had broken ribs and went the hospital. Disturbing so don't click play if you don't want to see a serious accident. But everyone lived.
