I'd like a Pepsi! (or was it a Coke?) Probably one of the classic commercials of all time.

His Miller Lite commercials are great (a little before my time though!). Up until the end he was pretty articulate. He was on ESPN radio occasionally and I was always impressed with how well spoken he was. In terms of his views on football he was very old school and I really liked that about him.

Here's his Miller Light commercial-man those must have been the good ol' days.

Oh oops. I got him mixed up with Mean Joe Greene. That Miller Lite one is a great commercial.

Athletes did awesome commercials back in those days. They just had to be themselves, namely tough guys. Which makes the Mean Joe Green commercial so good.

He invented the term "sack the quarterback." There's some great footage of him where he is reaching around offensive linemen, grabbing the QB and dragging him down. If QB sacks where a stat when he was playing then he almost certainly would be an all time leader in that category.
