    Products that exist....but probably shouldn't.

Pepsi-flavored Cheetos are a real thing

“In these snacks the cheese powder has been replaced with a cola powder that is disturbingly not brown,” the site explains. “The first sensation, which I did not expect, was a very acidic bite. It’s very citrusy, almost sour.”

    ...

Reportedly, the Cheetos actually pop and fizz when consumed, somewhat resembling the sensation of soda hitting the mouth.

If/when these hit the shelves in the US I have a suspicion that we will see a post from Fuglio with a bag of them in his bottle cage replacing the soda he currently keeps in there.

Agree. Cheetos or Doritos and a snickers used to be my go-to munchies back in college... well, also a little bit after college. Ok, I still get that every once in awhile. Not my fault I always find myself living within a block of a 7-11. Anyways, fake cheese and chocolate go together well, like lamb and tuna fish.

Crunchy cheetos and chocolate milk was always my sure cure for the munchies. Still would be if I had some.

We still have a landline. It's necessary where we live for a couple of reasons.

Yeah it kind of is. But seriously.. Wireless "anything" is what's next. Not sure about power wireless, but some brilliant person will figure it out eventually. I mean, I just bought a set of bluetooth earbuds two days ago. I can walk anywhere in my house listening to music from my phone that sits in the basement, charging.

Yup, that technology brings us one step closer to simply being brains living in fish bowls, doing everything telepathically.

Apparently there is more truth to that than you may realize.

Prius drivers are a bunch of smug a-holes

A recent study has shown that Prius drivers drive with a sense of entitlement.

Heheh! That's a really scientific study! Do I detect a case of penis, sorry, Prius envy? I have changed my driving habits not one bit, I get everywhere in comfort and with speed, and I get 50MPG doing it!!! Not smug, HAPPY!!! I have about $350 more to spend on other more important stuff than gas each month. Why would I not do that? As for saving the world, what I am doing is just a spit in a bucket, but it all helps a little... I can even get 2 bikes on it! Result!

Electricity is needed, yet using these

to deliver it is both outdated, and asinine. Am reminded by every ice storm, or big wind that topples trees to cause
power outages that kill people, and hold us all hostage.
Local electric companies r-e-a-l-l-y need to pull their heads from each other's azz, and go underground.

We should be approaching a time when a monitor follows your eye movement, eliminating the need for a mouse, wired or wireless.

So right! When I heard the cost of weather related outages and damage to the grid, I figured that money could definitely be saved by doing just what you say...

^ uh yup. we've suffered week long power outages, at least every couple years from big snow and ice storms. it creates such a huge mess, and we have so many dense areas of trees that fall right on the power lines.

I felt the same way for a while, but have grown to appreciate the ribbon once I took the time to learn the nuances, and you can set up your own custom tab with only the actions you want all under one tab. You can also put them on the Quick Access Toolbar (up on the title bar) where you don't even need to access a pull down menu to get to them.

    What shortcut keys are missing?
