Nice to see a company stand behind their product.
I've been using a Raptor pack for the past year or so?.....Anyway, the bite valve started leaking so I sent them an e-mail.
Few days later & they sent me 2 replacements free of charge.

I was all ready to jump in here & tell you they're solitary birds and it would be called a flock anyways but.... I guess I'll wash the dishes instead.
Nice to hear of companies stepping up & doing the right thing every once in a while.

Even without the stellar customer performance the product is top notch. I have had mine for 4 years now, and its still kicking ass (though I replaced the bladder due to wear, flavor, leaks, etc...) I havn't ridden a newer camelback, but I am going to be hard pressed to buy anything other than Osprey from now on. You can tell it was designed by a mnt-biker for mnt-bikers, little pockets, straps, holders for everything, very well thought out.
