    ^ & ^^ LOL!!!

I've cut my caloric intake by eating less and eating healthier foods. I've lost 6 or 7 pounds and I feel better, too. Plus, I can still cheat a little w/o penalty. I just wish I had more free time to spend in the saddle.

    Fishbucket that meal looks delish.
Tonight I had spaghetti and meatballs with Italian bread and a glass of merlot. And of course some chocolate and peanut butter cup ice cream for desert. But I would have switched with you in a heartbeat.

I had 2 hours notice to make dinner the other day, including shopping (don't ask ) and managed to get grilled NY steaks, baked feta & spinach-stuffed Atlantic salmon, and loaded baked potatoes ready to eat as the wife & kids walked in the door.

I saw some cans of salmon chowder at the store, so I thought it would be good to get a recipe to make my own.

This one sounds good, and it has bacon.

For the last two nights I have had about 7 beers and a cup of trail mix for dinner. I really need to go buy some food.

Weight watchers? IS that why you didn't eat the bread bowl?? And being born and raised in South Dakota, let me say that corn looks superb..
