I read yesterday that Patrick Stewart aka Jean Luc Picard, in his seventies, is dating a woman in her thirties.

I personally love those tan lines and asked her purposely to create them.

This could be crossed posted in the bacon thread, but clearly, this is newsworthy.

Margaritas were on the menu last Friday so I went to the store to pick up some limes and much to my surprise those little green suckers have maybe tripled in price over the past few months. A bag used to cost me around $3 but now they're up to $8! As it turns out bad weather in Mexico plus, get this, drug cartels are having an effect on prices. I ended up drinking Manhattans instead. Oh well when life gives you lemons I just make lemonade.

How Mexican drug cartels have caused a rapid increase in lime prices, putting a squeeze on bars for Cinco de Mayo

I've gotten lemons with my pho a couple of times lately because the restaurant didn't want their profit margins to suffer from the rise in lime prices. Still good though!

I don't think I've notice that my favorite Mexican food truck has stopped using limes but it's been awhile. I may have to do some recon.

So racing has stooped to such a low level that competitors now hire hitmen to clear the field and improve their chances to win?
