normally I think musicals are goofy, but this was fun cause I still dig hairband music, and there were a lot of hot women.

yup... big time. didn't bother to even complete it. another real snoozer was midnight in paris.

however, just watched hit and run and it was great! simply awesome on sooooo many levels.

aside from the movie itself being the beans dax wrote, produced, directed, and starred in the movie; not to mention all the exotic cars were his personal rides and he did all his own stunt driving.

movie itself only cost 2 mil to make, half of which went to music rights, and has grossed around 14 mil. talk about totally pwning "big hollywood"...

Silver Linings Playbook with the wife a couple of days ago. It was awful! Bad script, unbelievable story, unconvincing performances, dreadful editing, and very strange that it got such great reviews. We could not wait to get out of the theater and left just before the end as it had become almost laughably bad by then. We both assumed that the critics had gone to a different movie with the same name...

Finally went to see the Hobbit. Paid the extra to see it in 3D. Very disappointed. I had really enjoyed the animated version simply because I like the story so much, and I've always been hoping for a live-action version that could do it justice. I was so looking forward to this one being just that and...it wasn't. They effed up the lighting so it looks cartoonish, they outright made the characters cartoonish, and they subverted the story to be mainly a set-up for LOTR. At least they got the riddle contest right.

Yes I'll go see the rest. Yes, I'll spring for the 3D again. I'm such a hopeless nerd.

Dredd. Much bloodier then I expected.
House at the end of the Street. As most horror flicks these days, it wasn't really scary. It had a couple decent moments in it. And Jennifer Lawrence didn't look too bad either.

I thought it was good but nothing special. Although I have to admit I had seen comercials for it but never really paid attention to them so in all honesty I had no idea what the movie was going to be about but I had really high expectations from all the hype it received. It didn't live up to the hype IMO

Retired Black Op Agent being targeted by assassins , Brings old/retired Ops team back together to find out why and lend a hand.

Fun, exciting, fights, and general a$$ kicking.

Spy movie meets Machete (minus the sex and blood spurting)

The Annabel chong story, about the woman that had sex with 251 men to climax in the one session to break the world record, which was then broken a month later by another woman.
Its a pretty good doco, i suggest you look it up and watch it with the family.

I tried watching "Killing Them Softly" last night. It's about a mob run card game being robbed. Stars Brad Pitt, Ray Liotta, and James Gandolfini. So I'm thinking it's a nice whack-a-mob movie. Not at all. I turned it off after 45 minutes because it was SOOOOOOO boring.

So I watched Taken 2 again.

Watched the new Total Recall and Dredd, last night. Total Recall was much better than I expected - plus who can look away from Kate and Jessica?

Dredd wasn't too bad either. Just as good as the original.

Cabin in the Woods. Surprisingly it was the first time I'd seen it, and with the exception of chris hemsworth's motorcycle moment, I really enjoyed it.
