That story's fine by itself, but this reader comment made me LOLer:
A while back, there was a story about a driver who stopped for a red light, and turned right. It triggered the traffic cam. So just to prove it was screwed up, he went around the block and turned right on a red in the same intersection. He did this more than once, just to get over on the man. He got a ticket in the mail. Now it gets funny-the ticket was for not having his seatbelt on. That was plainly visible in the many pictures taken by the traffic cam.
