Great video Net I love Frisbee. I can do about half of those throws. But I haven't played for years. They make it look easy but it's not at all.

Awesome stuff Net. I sent the link you posted last week around to friends. Especially my brither from when we played back in the day. We actually picked it up from my father who was into it in his younger days.

So, you're saying that playing frisbee all high is better than playing it unhigh?

Frisbee is even better on mushrooms. Yea sure, sometimes your accuracy suffers... but when the throws are on target the visual is amazing.

Are you sure someone won't have a mental overload which could put them in the nearest addiction/psych ward for recovery after playing with a blinking lit frisbee in the dark all high???!

We did it a few times this summer after the TTS races. (flashflight frisbee) I never heard any reports of anyone having to get checked into the psych ward because of it. That is a valid concern though.

It can go both ways..... either you are 100% convinced your heart will explode after 100 feet of climbing, or you crest a mile long climb and realize you were in middle ring.

In all seriousness, many moons ago when I used to race motocross, I would get butterflies in my stomach while sitting at the start gate waiting for it to drop. A friend suggested trying a few swats beforehand.

    I did.

No more butterflies, no more anxiousness on the line = much more relaxed = much better starts and moto finishes.

    So, there's that.

    Original credit to "American Beauty"

Bob: When I was your age, I played frisbee all summer just to have something to do.
    Ricky Fitts: That sucks.
Bob: No, actually it was great. All I did was party and wish I was getting laid. I had my whole life ahead of me.

I don't recommend this prior to packing the car for camping. Now, where was I? Oh yeah, packing.

I find it works wonders for my jiu jitsu, but alas when it comes to jumping a bike...I kinda suck all high.
