Happy Friday everyone! This is my second day w/o coffee or caffeine and I already hate everything about that.
I did it two years ago. Not nice at first - headaches, then feeling dopey for a few weeks. But my stomach has been thanking me ever since. I can eat almost anything now without a problem. And now I drink tea - proper leafy tea that needs to be brewed in a pot - highly recommended 'hawg!
I used fancy tea to help me break my coffee habit. Grab some caffeinated, like green and black, and grab some nice uncaffeinated like chamomile and herbal as well. Lipton doesn't count unless you already like Lipton, spend some money at a shop that sells decent tea. Good quality tea is really something special. For a first timer, Starbucks Tazo China Green is pretty good, other flavors are iffy.
