It was an aspic viper. According to the article the dude died of an allergic reaction to the venom.

This makes me laugh: Zorn died from an "extremely rare allergic reaction" to the bite. I'm no snake expert, but aren't all venomous bites allergic reactions?

^Snake bites are not allergic reactions. Venom either rapidly dissolves your flesh or shuts your respiratory system down, or both. Not good. Do not handle venomous snakes, ever...

Our 2 little fekkers have started to want to be up on the window ledge above the bed. They have figured out how to pull the blind out of the way, then they jump up and down repeatedly. Trouble is, the launch ramp and landing zones are right next to my head. It's like being a non-participant in the middle of a kitty Cirque de Soleil... I won't even go into what happens in the bathroom when I drag myself there first thing, but it does involve my knees, the top of the shower door, the window ledge, the top of the shower door, the loo cistern, my shoulder and the magazine rack. Several times each...
