Don't know. It wasn't strong. It almost tasted like a cream soda (but it was very good nonetheless).

As I honestly have nothing better to do at the moment, I have pondered the name. Is it "Triple X"? Or is it triple, triple X?

Brewed in TX, everything's bigger there so I'd assume triple, triple X (XXXXXXXXX)

Oh, I don't believe I just counted them. I must be bored.

I never saw that one when I lived down there. Too bad. These guys brew a damn fine root beer just 3mi down the road from me, though. Their beer is pretty good, too, and they put out some yummy barrel-aged stuff. Lots of things offered on tap only in their taproom, and they have a rotating schedule of food trucks stopping by.

Triton looks good. While I'm not a beer drinker, I would love to do a small, independent bottler tour some day.

1919 Root Beer is my all time favorite. You can't buy it in a bottle or can; you have to go the keg route. They do have a 5 liter keg for home consumption.

It's called Triple XXX because there is a picture of a gorgeous nude model on the backside of the label. Each label has a different hottie on the back. Heyyall couldn't post that online here so you were all guessing about the meaning of the name.

Mmmmm. Craft Sodas. We have a place in town that specializes in weird candy's and Soda's.

I am more of a ginger ale guy myself (if we are talking non-alcoholically), but love me some good root beer. I think Maine Root makes some dang good everything: ROOT BEER | Maine Root Handcrafted Beverages

I'm rounding out my 9th hour of a review meeting. To get me through, look at what I'm drinking. Never heard of this brand, but it is pretty good.

That stuff WAS my favorite before I found Triton's root beer. And yes, I have ordered their 5L mini keg online before. IIRC, FedEx was about $22 on top of the price of the mini keg. I remember BITD when you filled your milk jug from the actual keg in the grocery store in the town where the stuff was made (New Ulm, MN). It would go flat before we could drive back to Indiana, so you had to drink it ASAP when you got some.

There's a restaurant about a mile away from where I live that carries only craft sodas from a somewhat local place (not within the city, but it's within the same state). They dropped their Pepsi contract this past year entirely. It's pretty good stuff. I had their sweet ginger soda on my last visit. Mmmmm. I have to say, though, I like strong ginger sodas more. I want the spice. I don't drink soda often (I drink more beer), but I do like the craft sodas that are getting more available.

IBC is fine. Had you said Mugs, we might have needed to stage an intervention.

^ We may be on that same bus... but I doubt it's due to my early childhood love for A&W.
