I guess "Better call Saul" is going to follow the pattern of "Breaking Bad" with an idealist eventually corrupted by the life he's chosen?

    Huell?

Wouldn't it be great if Saul somehow discovers Huell waiting in a safe house, forgotten by whoever told him if he left he'd be killed?

Great video almost half way through, I think Huell might be playing this out a touch but the music is great.

Poor Huell, I hope somebody finds him soon. Maybe you're right, this is how Huell is finally released from hiding.

I hope they bring other story lines into it rather than a full hour of Saul. That being said, I like the ending of last night's show!

The ending certainly made me want to see what happens next. It looks like this is where Saul gets caught up in the Albuquerque drug dealing underbelly. Tonight's episode starts in a little while here, looking forward to it.

Tuco kept me interested but I fell asleep at about the time Saul went outside to look for his phone.

Although I doubt anything could top Tuco, chances are I slept through the best part

I finally watched Monday's episode tonight, I had to DVR it because it was on too late for me. We see that Saul, despite being sleazy, has a heart. I think the Tuco connection is pretty cool. It'll be interesting to see where that storyline goes. So far pretty good, I'll be watching.

A lot of the characters you see on "Breaking Bad", you saw them first in bit parts on Seinfeld episodes a decade ago.

Walter White's wife, Skyler, was Jerry's girlfriend that George had accused of kissing Jerry's cousin Jeffory.

    + eleventy-million

If you have Netflix or Amazon Prime, you can start your own marathon. I started watching from S1E1 when season 4 was airing, and I watched 3-4 episodes a day on Netflix to catch up. I would get up at 3 am sometimes to do this. No regrets.

The show has that effect. I always hated it when an episode would end knowing that I would have to wait a week for the next one. Must see TV.

Again, the writing is really good.

Many shots are interesting themselves; camera angling up, lots of sky.

Wouldn't be fair to compare it to the previous "Mona Lisa", but the tie-ins are already exciting, and fun.

Come on, compare it to the infest of Network pablum?
