He's in the Soyuz, on the way down soon. Cmdr Hadfield is a great ambassador for the ISS and manned space flight. Canadians should be proud.

Chris Hadfield did an amazing job sharing his space mission with us. He's been a class act and a true inspiration.

Glad they landed safely-I assumed that was what happened at the end of the video, actually. Man, must feel like getting home after a long bike tour times 10,000,000. Relief and regret that it's over, all mixed together.

I love the dude. His tweets were awesome from space. I really hate that song though but I kinda had to chuckle thinking that he must have been singing that song all his life.

I attended the OHA (Ontario Hospital Association) conference this week. Yesterday the keynote speaker was Col. Chris Hadfield. He spoke so eloquently about his life, space travel, and tied the themes leadership and the future of healthcare. His presentation was fascinating and inspiring/ I was one of about 1000 delegates in the auditorium. I purchased his book : "An Astronaut's Guide To Life"

He could only sign the first 150 books (there were 100's of people in the queue) before flying to Houston

I noticed that another famous Candian, Rob Fords, had one of those red things on his jacket the other day. What is that?

My Scotian son-in-law was actually useful to me last night when he explained that the lapel pins are Rememberance Day poppies.

Remembrance Day is November 11. I work at a Veteran's Hospital in Ontario so this is a very important event. The ceremonies are very moving because most of these vets are in their 90's (all served either WW2 and Korean war)
