I normally don't get too into football -- usually if I'm watching, the commercials are the best part. But I start to pay more attention when my local teams make it into the post-season, and I'm at the same school that Kaepernick graduated from a few years ago (I think he graduated just the year before I started), so a bit of school pride goes into that mix. I can hear the school football games from my back porch, so I've never bothered with actually going to one. May as well get some school pride going when it's happening on the biggest game of professional football.
Besides, the SF Giants won it all last season, so we only owe it to the 9ers to watch them playing their championship game too. I gotta say, these past few years have been pretty good for sports fans in San Francisco.
I've made some bad decisions like taking the gears off my bike. So here's the warning: Do not as I say, nor as I do.
I have to admit that although I had no intention of watching, I wound up at a Superbowl party and watched some of the game and half-time. I'm home and it's on because, apparently, something happened that makes it interesting.
No, YOU don't understand. You're making an ass of yourself for all of eternity.
I flipped the TV just in time to see the most interesting part of the Super Bowl.
Right when the lights went out.
Looked like the 49ers were getting spanked and I thought to myself "wouldn't it be funny if this break gave them a chance to regroup and they turned it around and won".
Well, I fell asleep before the game started back probably because I really didn't care and woke back up in the last few seconds to see that they almost did come back. lol
